The bright bedroom convinces with lots of light, spaciousness and modern comfort. In the new, large box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) it is possible to sleep relaxed even in pairs. A large closet and a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) complete the room. In the new large and of course fully equipped kitchen, the dining table for four people is the focal point of the room. A storage room offers additional storage space. The daylight bathroom is also freshly renovated and brightly tiled. The central location, the small balcony and the view into the park complete the picture. Our landlord offers this chic apartment from a stay of 4 months – interested parties should calculate with additional costs of about 350 euros (utilities, Wi-Fi, water, electricity and heating) per month to the mentioned price.
Location and area
The apartment in a multi-family house is located in a quiet side street in Essen-Frohnhausen, about 50 meters from the Gervinuspark. All shopping for daily needs can be done within walking distance. Doctors, clinics, schools and further education facilities as well as sports and leisure facilities can be found in the surrounding area. From here you are mobile in all directions by public transport. The center of Essen can be reached by streetcar in just a few minutes, and by S-Bahn (Essen-West Bahnhof) it is only one stop to Essen’s main train station (2 min.) Several bus stops can be reached in the immediate vicinity. The university hospital, the Gruga and the fair Essen are only a few minutes away by car (10 – 15 min.). You can also reach the Ruhr area highways in a few minutes. Public parking is possible without any problems.
