Location and area
The apartment is located in a quiet residential street in the Schonnebeck district of Essen, not far from the Zollverein Coal Mine World Heritage Site. There are free parking spaces directly at the house, and there are plenty of other free parking spaces directly on the street. By car, you can reach the city centre/main station in about 10-15 minutes, the trade fair centre in 20 minutes and the A 40 motorway in about 10 minutes. Only a few metres away is the bus stop for bus 155, which reaches the city centre/HBF in about 15 minutes. The Schonnebeck shopping centre with all shops for daily needs is about 5 minutes away by car (about 15 minutes on foot).
