In the centre of the old district of Katernberg, a former pastor’s house has been converted into a tasteful apartment that offers a lot of comfort on 90 square metres. The charm of the building was retained and provided with contemporary comfort. One bedroom has 2 box spring beds that can be put together or used individually as required, and the second bedroom has three individual box spring beds. Both bedrooms have a TV. Two sinks in the bathroom and a modern shower make it easy to use, even for several people. The living room offers space for cosy get-togethers. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed, so that up to 7 people can sleep comfortably in the 3-room apartment. A fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table completes the picture and creates optimal conditions for a longer stay. Due to the location in the inner courtyard, the apartment is extremely quiet and also offers a terrace and parking spaces for cars directly at the house.

Location and area
The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the old Essen district of Katernberg, near the Zollverein World Heritage Site (approx. 750 m). With the tram you have a direct connection to the Essen city centre; from there you can reach all other directions. The A 40 and A 42 motorways are about 6 and 2.5 km away from the apartment.
