The apartment is in a very central location in the Essen district of Huttrop, without having to forego peace and quiet (no traffic noise, as there is a dead end). You can walk to public transport (bus and tram) in 3 minutes, and Essen main train station and downtown Essen in less than 10 minutes. The Essen exhibition centre can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport and 10 minutes by car. The entrance to the A40 motorway is approx. 400 metres away.
