Our guests have five rooms with a great sense of space at their disposal. The living room offers a large corner sofa that can be transformed into a large and comfortable reclining area in no time at all. In addition, the seating area is complemented by a single sofa. The modern smart TV allows digital TV in HD quality. All bedrooms are bright and convey modern lightness. The first bedroom features a large box-spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a large closet; the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m), desk and TV and offers ample storage space with a large wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed (90cm x 2,00m) as well as a crib (70cm x 1,50m) and a desk. Here a chest of drawers offers space for your wardrobe. The new kitchenette is of course fully equipped and also has a practical and comfortable hatch to the dining room. There is a cozy dining table for communal meals. In addition, you can supply yourself in a small smart kitchen. The shower room is equipped with a washer-dryer combination. Comfort is also provided by the bright second bathroom with a bathtub. All in all, a modern, charming apartment suitable for a longer-term stay. Our landlord offers the penthouse from a stay of 4 months – interested parties should calculate with additional costs of about 400 euros (utilities, water, Wi-Fi, electricity and heating) per month in addition to the stated rental price.
Location and area
The apartment in a multi-family house is located in a quiet side street in Essen-Frohnhausen, about 50 meters from the Gervinuspark. All shopping for daily needs can be done within walking distance. Doctors, clinics, schools and further education facilities as well as sports and leisure facilities can be found in the surrounding area. From here you are mobile in all directions by public transport. The center of Essen can be reached by streetcar in just a few minutes, and by S-Bahn (Essen-West Bahnhof) it is only one stop to Essen’s main train station (2 min.) Several bus stops can be reached in the immediate vicinity. The university hospital, the Gruga and the fair Essen are only a few minutes away by car (10 – 15 min.). You can also reach the Ruhr area highways in a few minutes. Public parking is possible without any problems.
