The apartment is located in a quiet residential street in the Kray district of Essen, not far from the Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex, a World Heritage Site. There are free parking spaces right next to the building and plenty of other free parking spaces are available directly on the street. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. By car you can reach the city center / main station in about 10-15 minutes, the fair in 20 minutes and the A 40 in about 10 minutes. Only a few meters away is the bus stop for the bus 155, which reaches the city center/HBF in approx. 15 minutes. A shopping center with all stores for daily needs is approx. 5 minutes away by car (approx. 15 minutes on foot).
