Location and area
The apartment is located in the Essen-Holsterhausen district. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance, as are cafés, restaurants and pharmacies. Cars can be parked on the street in public parking spaces free of charge and without any problems. The popular district of Essen-Rüttenscheid, the Gruga, Haumann Park and Messe Essen are only a 15-20 minute walk away. The university hospital is also in the immediate vicinity. The A-40 or the A-52 are quickly accessible and thus all destinations inside and outside Essen. All public transport options are just a few minutes’ walk away and connect the apartment to the city center in less than 10 minutes.
