This comfortable apartment in a quiet location is surrounded by greenery and has excellent transport connections. With a continuous tram connection you can reach Rüttenscheid and the main train station in a few minutes. The next bus stop (Vossbusch) is a three-minute walk away. By car you can reach the A52 motorway to Düsseldorf / Dortmund in three minutes and all destinations within Essen in a very short time. Messe Essen, the Gruga Halle and E.ON as well as the Bredeney office park are within walking distance. Numerous parking spaces are available free of charge in the area. A 10-minute walk takes you to various bistros and restaurants, two bakeries, a supermarket, delicatessen, hairdresser, café and a small farmers’ market.
