The apartment is located in a larger residential complex and has a separate bedroom with a comfortable single bed and wardrobe as well as an open living area with a fully equipped galley kitchen, a large dining table for 4 people and a comfortable seating area with a couch and TV. The modern, well-tended bathroom with shower is another plus point, as is the additional storage room. We particularly like the two balconies (accessible from the living room and bedroom), which guarantee a quiet view of the greenery.

Location and area
The apartment is centrally located in the Katernberg district of Essen – not far from the Zeche Zollverein world heritage site. Only a few metres walk to the S-Bahn station and you have a perfect connection to all destinations inside and outside Essen (10 minutes city centre / main train station, 20 minutes exhibition centre). Similar times apply to travel by car. The Katernberger Markt can be reached on foot in a few minutes and offers all the shops for your daily needs as well as stores and restaurants. A parking space can be rented directly on the premises at the house for 25 euros per month; otherwise there are public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
