This personally managed apartment building is located on the edge of downtown Essen in the east quarter. The main train station and the city centre can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot. The exhibition centre is approx. 4 km away. All motorways in the Ruhr area can be reached quickly, offering access to destinations in and around Essen. A bus with a direct line to the main train station stops in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are all quiet with a view of the greenery. Parking is free of charge on the property right next to the building.
