Stores for daily needs, cafés and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and public transport connections are also within walking distance. Bochum’s main train station and the city center are approx. 3 km away by car. You can quickly reach all the surrounding cities such as Essen, Dortmund and Düsseldorf via the nearby Ruhr freeways. Free public parking is no problem.
